Experiencing travel through the eyes of my daughter, has given me a whole new perspective and thirst for travel. 

It enables me to slow my pace, look around and just enjoy being in the moment as she interacts with local people. 

It brings back that feeling I had when I first travelled overseas, and I feel so grateful to be able to experience something so meaningful and life changing with my daughter.

I have been in the Travel Industry for over 10 years, starting off primarily selling Australia, then moving to House of Travel in the Product Department where I was for 4 years as a South Pacific Destination Expert. In April 2023, I was given an opportunity to work here at House of Travel Ellerslie in a retail role. Here I have discovered a love of creating and curating holidays for all types of travellers to ensure they have the best possible experiences while there.

I'm seen as a great relationship builder who is passionate about people and their travel adventures. I've travelled extensively both on my own and with my two teenage boys. Rarely go to any place twice as there's too much of the world to see. 

I don't have a specific favourite destination as it's all about new frontiers for me and stepping outside of my comfort zone. 

I've been in the industry for 20+ years including 5 years working for Air New Zealand where I gained a wealth of knowledge which I'm finding invaluable in the complex world of airfares post COVID.
